Helping You Find a Better Rhythm For Work and Parent Life

Personalised coaching to help you manage the challenges of parenthood and work with confidence, clarity, and calm.

Adjusting to life after a baby is challenging enough, but adding the pressure of returning to work can bring a whole new level of stress and uncertainty.

You might find yourself pulled in a million directions, thinking:

  • “How will I cope with being away from my baby all day?”
  • “Am I making the right choice going back to work full time?”
  • “How will I manage everything – work, home, and family?”
  • “I’m so tired. I just can’t keep up with it all.”
  • “Why does everyone else seem to have it together when I’m barely surviving?”

Feeling Like This Doesn’t Mean You’re Failing – It Means You’re Ready for Support.

It might look like everyone else has it all together (or at least that’s how it looks on social media), but I promise, you are not alone in this.

You can love your kids and enjoy your work but still find it all incredibly hard to balance – and that’s ok.

At The Parent NEST, I offer personalised coaching to help make life as a working parent easier. Together, we’ll focus on easing the overwhelm, building your confidence, and establishing a routine that fits your unique circumstances.

As well as being a certified coach, I have additional training as a postpartum doula and baby massage instructor. And I’ll draw on all my expertise to help you create a plan that works for you – at home and at work.

Empowering You as a Parent and Professional

Parenthood is not just about caring for your baby – it’s also about rediscovering yourself. As a parent, your values and priorities may shift, whether that’s wanting more family time or seeking greater financial security. And if you’re spending time away from your child, it’s only natural to want your work to feel meaningful.

My coaching takes a holistic approach, helping you align your family life, well-being, and career. Our sessions provide a space to leave behind the “shoulds” and focus on what really matters to you. This is about so much more than reducing stress, or managing the practicalities- it’s an investment in your happiness and your family’s future.

In our coaching sessions, we will:

1. Talk through what’s on your mind: We’ll talk about what’s weighing on you – whether that’s feeling anxious about leaving your baby in childcare, juggling household responsibilities, or reevaluating your career path. I’ll listen without judgment and help you get to the heart of what’s really going on.

2. Set Realistic Goals: We’ll define what success looks like for you at work and home, and set goals that are practical and achievable for your specific situation.

3. Make a Plan That Fits: Then, we’ll turn those goals into a tailored plan to ease the overwhelm and give you a clear path forward.

After our sessions, you’ll have

Confidence and Calm:

With the overwhelm lifted, you’ll feel more confident in yourself and your abilities and more at peace with your decisions.

Clarity and Focus:

You’ll feel ready to handle the practical and emotional challenges of returning to work, knowing exactly what your next steps are.

Tools and Strategies:

Balance isn’t a one-time fix. We’ll create strategies that give you the support you need when life throws those inevitable curveballs your way.
