In our coaching sessions, we will:

Talk through what’s on your mind: We’ll talk about what’s weighing on you – whether that’s feeling anxious about leaving your baby in childcare, juggling household responsibilities, or reevaluating your career path. I’ll listen without judgment and help you get to the heart of what’s really going on.
2. Identify clear, manageable goals: We’ll define what success looks like for you at work and at home. Then, we’ll set realistic goals that work for your life and family situation.
3. Create a plan that works for you: We’ll build a plan that reduces overwhelm and gives you the resources and know-how to take on challenges like setting boundaries, improving communication, or managing your time and energy more effectively.

How It Works
1 – Book a Free Consultation Call: We’ll start with a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your needs, challenges, and goals. This gives you a chance to see how coaching could benefit you and if we’re a good fit. Or book a session directly here.
2 – Schedule Your Sessions: If you choose to move forward, I’ll send you a link to book your 1:1 sessions at a time that suits you. Sessions can be held online or in person at my workspace in Wexford – whichever works best for you. Once booked, you’ll receive the necessary details and links, and payment will be due at that time.
3 – Coaching Tailored to Your Unique Journey: Most parents find that 2-3 sessions are enough to make a real difference, but we’ll take it one session at a time to ensure it’s right for you. Sessions offer a safe, supportive space where you can speak freely and know that your concerns and challenges will be met with empathy and understanding.
Pricing
Starting from €120 per session. Packages are available for multiple sessions and can be tailored to your needs.

Every parent and every situation is different. Many clients find that 2-3 sessions are enough to feel more confident and in control, while others prefer support for a longer period. We’ll tailor the coaching to your specific circumstances and needs.
