Navigating Parenthood: Support for Every Step
Welcoming a new baby is an incredible experience, but it can also be overwhelming, exhausting, and downright hard – whether it’s your first or your fourth. The reality of parenthood often feels far from what you imagined or see on social media.
As a mum of four, I experience the sleepless nights, the overwhelming moments, and the constant juggle of trying to keep it all together when it feels like you just can’t. After years in a demanding corporate job, I realised that what truly mattered to me was helping other parents through the unique challenges of balancing parenthood and work and being able to enjoy and succeed in both.
That’s why I created The Parent NEST—to nurture, empower, and support new parents through this transition in a way that makes a real difference.
How I Help: Blending Professional and Personal Support
As a Certified Executive Coach, Postpartum Doula, and Baby Massage Instructor, I offer a unique blend of expertise that covers both the personal and professional sides of the parenting experience. I’m committed to bringing the latest evidence-based research and practices into my work, so the support I provide is always grounded in the most current knowledge.
Having been there myself, juggling nappies, night feeds and mountains of washing with project reports, tight deadlines and team meetings, I see you, I get it, and I understand what you’re dealing with.
Parenting isn’t just about raising children, it’s about managing your career, your relationships, your mental and physical health, and everything in between.
From sleep deprivation to setting boundaries, I’m here to guide you through it all.
“[Anne] was fantastic. She helped me work through so many of my concerns and align my priorities allowing room for me to make my decisions about going back to work easier and make the transition a smooth one. The tools she taught me are invaluable. Thanks so much Anne for all your help.”

Helping Companies Do More for Their Working Parents
Parenthood doesn’t come with a manual, and the challenges don’t stop when you return to work. After going through my own difficult return to work and experiencing a tough redundancy situation, I realised just how much more companies could do to support their working parents.
That’s why my work isn’t just about helping parents – it’s about helping organisations better support the mums and dads who are balancing work and family life. I believe that with the right approach, businesses can provide meaningful support that benefits both the parent and the company.
Why I Do This: Creating the Support I Wish I’d Had
I never wanted any parent to feel isolated in the struggles of parenthood. There’s so much advice on what you “should” be doing, it’s easy to lose sight of what really matters – what works for you and your family.
My focus is on offering support that truly makes a difference, whether it’s helping parents build confidence at home or guiding organisations to create spaces where working mums and dads can thrive.
My own experiences have shaped the way I work, ensuring that everything I do comes from a place of compassion, understanding, and a genuine desire to help parents feel less alone as they navigate the challenges of balancing work and family life.
“I’ve attended both The Parent Nest baby massage classes & the return to work coaching and found both absolutely invaluable in my motherhood journey. Anne creates a community around the baby massage classes, they are warm and inviting lessons where both mum and baby are in a safe comfortable space to learn and grow.”
