I’m Anne – a certified executive coach, postpartum doula, baby massage instructor and, most importantly, the proud mum of four fantastic children.
Becoming a parent opened my eyes to the realities of balancing work, family, and everything in between. Some days you feel like you just can’t keep going and there’s no one to talk to about it.
I created Re:Connect because no one should have to do this alone. It’s ok to ask for support – in fact, it’s essential.
